This is my favorite summer treat to prepare for events and family get togethers. Who doesn't crave the perfect combination of marshmallow, chocolate and the crunch of Honey Maid graham crackers?
This campfire treat has been reshaped into a cookie cup that is easy to share with friends while out on the boat or at a picnic. It's an easy dessert for all your summer festivities.

The one thing I will say that is left out out in the instructions above is that as the cups are baking in the oven, you will need to consistently pat down a spot for the marshmallows in the center of the mini cupcake trays. The cups require a watchful eye and the baking time will vary depending on the strength of your oven.
I turn the tin at the 4 minute mark and then keep patting down the rising dough in the center to make sure the edges have browned and the cookie dough has cooked through. Take a 1/2 teaspoon to pat down a space in the center of the cup for the 1/2 marshmallow to melt inside the cup after you pull the cookies out of the oven.
Also, don't let the Hershey's completely melt in the heat of your kitchen. Place them in the fridge to make sure the chocolate squares hold their shape on top of this cute bite size dessert.
S'mores were first created as a campfire treat by the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America in the 1920s. And we have all been craving "some more" ever since!
