I was rather surprised walking into this neighborhood restaurant that the wait was going to be about an hour on a Tuesday night, but after just one sip of the local brew I completely understood the allure of this spot. The chef designed the menu with lots of flavorful American classics and there is something for everyone here.
We ordered the tilapia tacos which were topped with a delicious housemade salsa verde and the porkchop was perfection. The burger is out also of this world.
It’s hard to choose from the rich list of craft brews, but one option that I suggest would be to try the beer flight so that you can taste their variety of weekly specials. You can tell the brewery prides itself on the freshness of their beer’s ingredients, because you can stop into DryHop to pick up a 64oz. growler or 32oz. can of your favorite brew right from the source. They are also very reasonably priced!
The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The scene is definitely younger and there is surely something on the menu for everyone. You can view the brewery as you dine and it's such a great atmosphere because you know you are drinking a fresh brew from a one of a kind restaurant and brewery.
I can't imagine not heading to Dryhop at least once a month and would highly recommend this spot for smaller groups and couples!
